2. Description of Service
SignDocs provides electronic signature functionality for Google Docs, including the ability to add signature fields to documents, self-sign documents, and send documents for others to sign via email. The Service is provided as a Google Workspace Add-on and a companion web application.

4. User Accounts and Subscriptions
Some features of SignDocs require a paid subscription. Subscription plans, pricing, and features are described on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
5. Electronic Signatures
SignDocs facilitates the creation and collection of electronic signatures. While we strive to provide a reliable service, we do not guarantee that electronic signatures created through SignDocs will be legally binding in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that the use of electronic signatures complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

All materials and services on SignDocs are provided "as is." We make no warranties, whether expressed or implied, and negate all other warranties.
